Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, social media, email marketing, content creation, and performance tracking. This role will focus on executing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others. Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility and conversion. Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) through organic and paid strategies. Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality marketing assets. Research and stay up to date with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and best practices. Track ROI and KPIs to continuously improve campaign performance and cost-efficiency. Manage digital ad budgets effectively and suggest improvements for maximum reach and impact. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and email platforms. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus. Excellent communication and content writing skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications. Experience with e-commerce or B2B marketing. Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
