Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Website Maintenance & Optimization:

Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure content is relevant, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.

Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless functionality, speed optimization, and an excellent user experience (UX).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities for organic traffic.

Optimize website content for search engines, improving rankings and visibility on Google and other search engines.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building efforts and technical SEO improvements.

Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on website SEO performance, making data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.

Continuously test ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve ad performance and drive conversions.

Monitor daily budget, performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA), and ROI to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

D2C Business Scale-Up:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business model, driving customer acquisition and retention.

Use data analytics and customer insights to refine and expand digital marketing strategies focused on D2C sales.

Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to improve the customer journey and increase overall sales.

Organic Traffic Growth:

Increase organic traffic through targeted content creation, social media integration, and link-building.

Analyse web analytics and user behaviour to identify opportunities to enhance organic reach.

Backlink Analysis & Strategy:

Perform backlink audits to ensure a healthy link profile, identifying and disavowing toxic links.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks that improve domain authority and search engine rankings.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Monitor and analyse the websites performance in terms of conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement A/B testing and optimisation techniques to increase conversions.

Performance Reporting:

Provide regular reports on key metrics including SEO performance, paid campaigns (PPC), organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Use data from Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Focus on key metrics like Conversion Rate (CR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Regularly monitor and report on campaign success and adjust strategies to meet or exceed target KPIs.
