About This Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us and our clients grow online. Someone who understands how to build smart campaigns, improve visibility, and turn digital efforts into results. You’ll lead key marketing initiatives, bring fresh ideas, and track performance to show real progress.

What You'll Do

• Improve online visibility and help bring in the right audience through smart SEO practices
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across key online platforms
• Plan and run performance-driven ads on major digital channels
• Create effective YouTube strategies to increase reach and engagement
• Study campaign performance and share clear insights with the team
• Conduct basic market and keyword research to find growth opportunities
• Work with the content team to create impactful marketing copy
• Maintain reports and track results to ensure steady progress
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and changing platform features
• Manage budgets responsibly to get the best outcome from each campaign
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience with proven results
• Strong SEO knowledge (on-page, off-page, technical) with proven ranking improvements
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or real estate portals
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
• YouTube marketing experience, including video optimization and ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Ability to analyze data and make informed, performance-driven decision
• Strong SEO knowledge with visible ranking improvements
• Experience working with major e-commerce or real-estate platforms
• Hands-on experience with online advertising across major channels
• Familiarity with key marketing metrics and performance tracking
• YouTube marketing experience (content optimization and ads)
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
• Comfortable evaluating campaign performance and presenting results
• Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion principles
• Good communication skills
• Self-driven and able to manage multiple tasks independently

• Exposure to automation, CRM, or email marketing tools
• Understanding of influencer marketing or A/B testing
• Relevant industry certifications
