About This Role

We’re looking for someone who can help us grow by building genuine relationships with clients and introducing them to the right solutions. If you’re someone who understands business needs, enjoys talking to people, and can turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you. You’ll be the link between what clients want and what our creative and tech teams can create, playing a key part in both revenue and company growth.


Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential clients and explore new business opportunities
  • Talk to clients, understand what they need, and explain how our services can help
  • Prepare proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our offerings
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support them from the first conversation to final delivery
  • Stay in touch with clients, answer their questions, and make sure they’re happy with the work
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Keep an eye on the market and know what competitors are doing
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings
  • Help clients get started and follow up after projects are completed


Preferred Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or account management
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with confidence
  • Good at presenting, pitching ideas, and negotiating deals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and outcome-focused
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of AI, tech products, or creative/media services (added advantage)
  • Willing to travel
  • Professional behavior and strong business sense

Bonus Points:

  • Existing network in corporate, agency, or startup circles
  • Experience in selling SaaS or technology products
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Understanding of AI/ML business use cases
