Position Title: Content Specialist About Birnan & Brond Birnan & Brond is a creative agency redefining advertising through digital engineering, strategic storytelling, and immersive brand experiences. Our Omnichannel Experience Management (OXM) platform powers impactful campaigns for clients across India, the UAE, USA, and Saudi Arabia. Position Overview We’re looking for a multi-skilled Content Specialist who can own the voice of our brands across formats—written, visual, and video. If you're a storyteller who feels at home both behind a keyboard and in front of a camera, this role is for you. You will ideate, write, and present engaging content that aligns with the strategic vision of Birnan & Brond and our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop high-impact content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, scripts, blogs, and brand presentations. Present scripted content on video for marketing campaigns, explainers, reels, client deliverables, and internal communication. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, strategists, and video editors to produce cohesive brand stories. Conduct research, interviews, and brand immersions to generate unique and tailored content. Manage the content calendar across projects and maintain consistency in tone and quality. Analyze engagement metrics and iterate content strategies accordingly. Stay updated on trends in marketing, digital media, branding, and visual storytelling. Requirements 0–4 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or brand storytelling. Outstanding command over English (Malayalam proficiency is a bonus). Strong screen presence and comfort in presenting scripted or semi-scripted video content. Ability to write across tones—witty, corporate, minimal, bold—based on brand needs. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of video content creation, including scripting, storyboarding, and direction. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills Experience in advertising or creative agency environments. Exposure to branding, campaign strategy, or influencer-style presenting.
