Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Bhima’s overall e-commerce visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition strategy. This role oversees planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid, organic, and social media channels. As a key contributor to revenue growth, the Digital Marketing Lead plays a central role in strengthening the brand’s online presence and scaling e-commerce performance.


The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and a passion for data-driven growth. This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution and requires close collaboration with product, content, and creative teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for traffic, acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta Ads

    , and other performance channels.
  • Lead

    SEO, SEM, social media

    , and marketplace visibility initiatives.
  • Oversee content planning, creative alignment, and brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Monitor analytics, dashboards, and KPIs, leveraging insights for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, catalogue, and design teams to support campaign objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, customer engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Mentor digital marketing executives and foster a high-performance team environment.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Experiment with growth marketing methods, A/B tests, new platforms, and emerging channels.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy norms, tracking standards, and attribution accuracy.


Required Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Proficient in

    Google Ads

    Meta Ads Manager

    , and performance campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of

    SEO tools

    (SEMRush, Ahrefs) and keyword/content optimization strategies.
  • Expertise in

    Google Analytics 4

    Tag Manager

    implementation/tracking setups.
  • Hands-on experience with

    email marketing platforms

    (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and marketing automation workflows.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing platforms.
