OPEN POSITIONS (Full-Time | Delhi NCR | ₹25,000–₹35,000/month)

Graphic Designer (Brand & Digital)

• Create scroll-stopping visuals for social media, packaging, and digital ads

• Understand brand identity and translate it into clean, premium design

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a must

Website & SEO Specialist

• Maintain and optimize our website (1.5degree.co) for conversions

• Manage SEO, Google My Business, and performance analytics

• Prior experience in Shopify / WordPress preferred

E-commerce & Cloud Kitchen Growth Manager

• Manage listings on Zomato, Swiggy, Instalanding, and other platforms

• Track daily sales, optimize menu, pricing, offers & customer experience

• Coordinate with kitchen teams and digital campaigns for performance

Content Creator & Reels Producer

• Shoot and edit engaging videos for Instagram & LinkedIn

• Script creative reels, chef collaborations, behind-the-scenes stories

• Confident in on-camera presentation and storytelling

5️⃣ AI Content & Copy Enthusiast

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) to create dynamic content

• Ideate ad copies, blog content, and automation workflows using AI

• Passion for experimenting with tech & creative tools

6️⃣ Automation & Odoo Specialist (Process + CRM)

• Build smart workflows using tools like Odoo, Zapier, Google Workspace

• Automate daily marketing, CRM, and inventory processes

• Prior experience with Odoo or business automation is a plus
