Outlet Design & Branding Specialist

1.5 Degrees is a young and bold vegan gelato brand committed to changing the way India experiences dessert. As we expand our footprint through QSRs and dine-in outlets, we’re looking for someone who knows how to make a space speak the brand.

We are hiring a Design & Branding Specialist who will be responsible for the commercial interior design, layout, and branding of our QSR outlets. You will work closely with the operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that each outlet is not only functional but visually aligned with our brand.

·      Plan and execute the interior layout and design of QSR outlets and restaurants.

·      Ensure optimal placement for ice cream machines, counters, seating, and service flow.

·      Collaborate with branding teams to implement visual identity across outlets (signage, walls, packaging displays, etc.).

·      Work with vendors, architects, and local teams for on-ground implementation.

·      Ensure each store maintains a consistent brand feel, while also adapting to local context if needed.

·      Suggest materials, lighting, finishes that reflect our sustainable, vegan values.

·      Handle the project timelines and cost estimates related to store build-outs.

·      Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Commercial Space Design.

·      Minimum 1 year of experience in QSR / retail / hospitality outlet design.

·      Strong understanding of branding within commercial interiors.

·      Creative thinker with practical execution skills.

·      Able to manage vendors, timelines, and quality standards.

·      Bonus: Experience in vegan, sustainable, or D2C brands.
