Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across all platform to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee annual and quarterly marketing calendars for digital campaigns, launches, and activations. Plan and execute YouTube channel growth strategies with a focus on channel optimization, revenue growth and engagement increase. Manage YouTube ad spends and analyze performance to optimize ROI Leverage trends and platform algorithms to grow organic digital footprints across social media platforms. Use analytics tools to report on campaign effectiveness and business impact. Share insights and recommendations regularly with stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies. Create quarterly and annual reports on all digital marketing initiatives, learnings, growth insights and map all strategy with revenue targets and goals Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. Key Deliverables of the Role Digital sales – work with brands on mandate to sales through effective on platform performance marketing strategies. Performance marketing – create right plans for fast digital growth and other alternate channels. SEO – work with brands to close the right SEO framework for ensuring maximum organic traffic potential and executing strategy for growing organic traffic. Marketing measurement – deep diving and understanding the conversion funnel to help the platform grow & convert better. Work on reports for digital campaign effectiveness and management. Key Competencies 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music, entertainment, or content industry. Proven success in growing YouTube channels and managing ad budgets. Strong grasp of digital platforms, content marketing, and music trends across languages. Data-driven approach with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
