Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead, plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, social media, and analytics, while managing a team and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Plan and manage digital marketing budgets and campaign forecasts Lead and manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, x.com, and other platforms Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical fundamentals) Manage content marketing and social media strategy across platforms Track KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for management Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers if required Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes Required Skills & Expertise Performance & Growth Marketing Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining ROI SEO & Content Strategy In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms Experience in keyword research, content planning, and backlink strategy Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Analytics & Reporting Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with dashboards and performance reporting Team & Project Management Experience managing and mentoring digital marketing teams Ability to plan workloads, set KPIs, and review performance Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field OR Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
