Job Role We are looking for a Telesales Executives/Manager to drive exhibitor bookings, and increase revenue for our exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B telesales, be target-driven, and have strong leadership skills. Identify and contact potential exhibitors through calls and follow-ups. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Track sales performance and provide regular reports. Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts. Handle negotiations and close deals effectively. Requirements5+ years of telesales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Experience in the exhibition, events, or trade fair industry (preferred). Ability to motivate and manage a sales team. Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales.
