About the Role

If you know exactly when to post a reel, why that one meme went viral last week, and you have a running tab of

performance dashboards and trending audio in your head—we’re already impressed. Yes, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can work closely with leadership to build, run, and scale digital campaigns across Social Media, Performance Marketing, Email, Blogs, Mobile—you name it.


Bonus points if you’ve survived (and thrived) in the wild worlds of B2B, SaaS or D2C.


Basically, we're looking for a digital unicorn. But one who speaks human.


What You'll Be Doing (other than sipping coffee and saying “let’s boost it”)

• Social Media with Substance: Build scroll-stopping content strategies with our creatives, and manage our

handles like they’re your personal PR agency. (Because the algorithm never sleeps.)

• Email & WhatsApp Campaigns: Manage, schedule, and send campaigns using our Email and WhatsApp

marketing tools. You’ll be the person behind the messages people actually want to open.

• Mobile Marketing Moves: If you’ve dabbled in SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp automation—

amazing. If not, get ready to learn fast.

• Reporting, but Make It Interesting: Share dashboards and reports that tell a story—not a snoozefest. Bonus

points if you can explain ROAS without using “it depends.”

• Teamwork & Chaos Management: Collaborate with designers, content folks, video creators, and founders

(yes, plural) to get sh*t done.

• Performance Marketing, not just Buzzwords: Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta,

LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Optimize for real metrics—not just “good vibes.”

• Blog & SEO Brilliance: Coordinate with writers to publish blogs that both humans and Google love. Bring

traffic, bring value, bring it on.

• CRM Know-How: Use tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo (whichever you’ve worked on) to

segment audiences, track leads, and nurture like a pro.


What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing—ideally in a B2B, D2C, or high-growth startup.

• Proven experience (~2-3 years) managing social media handles.

• Thorough understanding of social media channels and how to tailor content across platforms.

• Some background in email marketing, mobile marketing, and/or blog strategy.

• Creative brain + analytical muscle = chef’s kiss.

• Someone who doesn’t panic at the sight of an Excel sheet or a sudden drop in CTR.

• Comfortable working directly with leadership (we promise we’re fun).

• Can turn campaign chaos into clear plans—and make it look easy. And lastly;

• Decent hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
