We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack (MERN) Developer to join our dynamic development team.
As a MERN Stack Developer, you should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience and you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack.Your primary focus will be on building efficient, scalable, and high-performance applications that meet our clients' business requirements.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing robust, secure, and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
Translating user requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
Building reusable components and libraries for future use.
Integrating third-party APIs and services into web applications.
Troubleshooting and debugging application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance of developed applications.
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the MERN stack.
Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborating with the DevOps team to deploy applications and manage server configurations.
Maintaining documentation for code, design, and architecture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Knowledge of version control systems (e., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A strong portfolio of past projects demonstrating your expertise in MERN stack development is highly desirable.
