Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Lead SEO and SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
• Oversee the company website – content updates, performance monitoring, and user experience
• Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on engagement, reach, and conversions
• Drive lead generation campaigns, monitor quality of leads, and coordinate with the sales team
• Track and report on performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms
• Manage digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a performance-driven sector
• Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting)
• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
