Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollments. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote courses and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage SEO efforts, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing, and content-driven campaigns.
• Plan and execute targeted paid campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive enrollments.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and academic teams to align campaigns with institutional goals.
• Optimize website performance, landing pages, and lead conversion funnels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and innovations in EdTech marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in the EdTech or training sector).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEM Rush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Based in Calicut or open to relocation.
