Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual storytelling, branding, and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing visual assets, editing videos, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create designs for social media posts, brochures, banners, logos, and presentations. Design marketing collaterals in line with brand identity. Prepare product packaging and mockups. Work with the marketing team to produce campaign visuals. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos (Reels, YouTube, Event Videos, Ads). Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and animation/motion graphics. Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites). Organize and maintain video libraries. Creative Collaboration: Brainstorm concepts with the content and strategy team. Contribute creative ideas for brand visuals and ad campaigns. Follow creative briefs while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Required Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects Knowledge of Canva, Figma , or other design tools is a plus Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles Video storytelling and reel editing experience Familiar with social media platforms and current design trends Excellent time management and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field Prior agency or production house experience is a bonus Motion graphic skills or 3D design knowledge is an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 5 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
