About the Role

Digital Marketing Manager – PPC Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and optimize

    PPC campaigns

    across

    Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube

    focused on

    B2B lead generation

    .
  • Drive growth for

    pharma products, manufacturing services, and B2B eCommerce platforms

    through data-driven paid media strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth

    keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing

    to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop

    compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead generation funnels

    aligned with marketing goals.
  • Manage

    campaign budgets

    efficiently to meet or exceed KPIs including

    CPL, CPA, and ROAS

    .
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with

    content, creative, sales, and analytics teams

    to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Implement and manage

    conversion tracking, retargeting, and attribution models

    using

    Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager

    , and CRM systems.
  • Keep up with the latest

    digital marketing trends, PPC innovations, and B2B advertising strategies

    relevant to the pharma and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field

    (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience

    in

    PPC and performance marketing

    with proven success in

    B2B campaigns

    .
  • Strong experience managing paid campaigns in

    pharma, manufacturing, or B2B eCommerce

    industries.
  • Expertise in

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4)

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    lead generation funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization

    .
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in

    Excel/Google Sheets, data interpretation, and ROI tracking

    .
  • Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of

    industry compliance and digital marketing regulations

    in the pharma/B2B sector is a plus.
