Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Vadodara / Rajkot / Pune . The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations within the region, implement business strategies, and manage the regional sales team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. The role also involves conducting market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, and reporting to senior management.

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the matchmaking or related industry is beneficial
• Ability to travel within the region as required
