Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Manage the company’s online presence to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and re marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, and engagement strategies.

Content & Branding

  • Work with creative teams to develop high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and ads.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee website content updates, UX improvements, and landing page optimization.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Develop lead generation strategies across digital channels.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel improvements, and user behavior analysis.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows for nurturing and retention.

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor digital marketing team members, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, CRM tools, etc.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
