Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Assist in vendor management, invoice verification, and payment processing. Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations. Track expenses and assist in budgeting and cost control activities. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com preferred). 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
