Job Description

Job summary We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all digital marketing channels and a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role involves managing a team of specialists, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance brand presence.  Key responsibilities Strategy development: Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising (PPC), social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various online channels to achieve business goals and increase conversions. SEO and website management: Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience (UX) to enhance performance. Content strategy: Create and manage a content marketing strategy, overseeing the production of engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics. Social media and community management: Build and maintain the company's social media presence, driving engagement and managing online reputation across all platforms. Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Identify trends and insights to inform future strategy and optimize spending. Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery. Budget management: Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI). Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.  Qualifications and skills Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is typically required. Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in managing campaigns and teams. Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media best practices. Experience with analytics and marketing automation tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and CRM software. Analytical mindset: The ability to analyze complex data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights is critical. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for reporting, presentations, and content creation. Creativity: Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and campaigns. Leadership: Excellent leadership and project management abilities to oversee multiple projects and team members.
