About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager you are innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns. 'KaroTrip' is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage Karo Trip’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. You will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Karo Trip’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Karo Trip’s marketing campaigns.
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
• Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Karo Trip’s digital presence.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Karo Trip's, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
