Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with added advantage if experienced in the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.
• Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, Google Ads, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Create and manage content strategies including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and video marketing.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Maintain and regularly update the company’s website and digital listings.
• Oversee CRM integration and lead management tools for campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate or construction marketing is highly desirable.
