About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, website backend management, and paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Track, measure, and report campaign performance against defined KPIs (CPC, CTR, CAC, ROAS, etc.). Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions. SEO & Content Marketing Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO). Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website health. Work with content writers/designers to improve search visibility and authority. Website & Backend Management Collaborate with developers on website backend (WordPress, CMS, or custom platforms). Ensure fast-loading, mobile-friendly, and conversion-optimized website experience. Manage website analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console). Analytics & Reporting Generate detailed reports on digital marketing performance. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven strategies. Maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies. Support branding and growth marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing & SEO. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Understanding of website backend (WordPress, Shopify, or CMS platforms) and technical SEO. Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website coding. Experience in email marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho). Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
