  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands.
  • Expertise in planning content calendars and tailored digital growth strategies for individual clients.
  • Proficient in running paid promotions on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong command of organic growth techniques, including trend-based content and audience engagement tactics.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, user behavior, and post-performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple client pages simultaneously with creativity and consistency.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later).
  • Strong visual communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for content aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, short-form video formats (reels), hashtag strategy, and influencer collaborations.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow online presence and communities for clients.
  • Create monthly content plans aligned with client goals and industry trends.
  • Oversee content execution and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance; analyze reach, engagement, leads, and other KPIs; provide actionable insights.
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns: set budgets, define target audiences, optimize creatives, and track ROI.
  • Engage with followers by managing DMs and comments to build positive brand interactions.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant influencers based on brand fit and engagement; manage influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with recommendations for growth.
Education QualificationGraduate or Postgraduate — specialization in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields is preferable.

Experience Required
