Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Zaroori Retail is a Ludhiana-based e-commerce solutions company with offices in Noida, Dubai, and the USA. We work with 4,500+ brands across India, helping them get onboarded on premium marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata CliQ, Aza Fashion, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, and more.

Our core expertise lies in product listing, cataloging, account management, and performance optimization, enabling brands to scale their presence and sales effectively in the online retail ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Manage and improve SEO strategies, ensuring high rankings and visibility through both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), and SEMrush.
  • Implement effective link-building strategies and oversee blog posting activities to strengthen organic reach.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage website updates and content on WordPress, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Handle pixel tracking and updation across platforms for accurate conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in Performance Marketing across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, SEMrush).
  • Proven expertise in link-building and content/blog posting strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress website management and pixel integration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize ROI.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Candidate Preferences:

  • Age Limit: 22 – 35 years
  • Experience: 5 – 9 years in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
  • Education: Master’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • Communication: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Location: Open to candidates from anywhere in India but must be willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab – 141010
