Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across channels – SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Paid Ads.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Handle a team of digital marketing executives and ensure timely delivery of tasks/projects.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
• Improve website ranking through SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Manage company’s social media presence and grow engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate with the content/design team to produce creative marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance, KPIs, and future strategies.
• Drive lead generation campaigns to support the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio).
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver measurable results.
