Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven, AI-savvy Marketing Automation Manager to lead our fully automated digital marketing stack. This is a strategic execution role that involves managing a complex network of AI tools to deliver exponential growth in brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion—with minimal human intervention. Key Responsibilities · Marketing Automation Stack Management · Own and optimize the full suite of AI-based marketing tools including: · Predis.ai, Vista Social, AdCreative.ai, Modash.io · HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ActiveCampaign · SEMrush, Heartbeat.chat, GoHighLevel CRM · Segment, Clearbit, Zapier workflows Automation A) Campaign Planning & Execution · Strategize and oversee always-on campaigns across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and paid ads. · Use AI-powered personalization and segmentation (Segment + Clearbit) for dynamic campaign targeting. · Monitor and refine UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and HeyGen-based video campaigns. B) Content & Creative Automation Oversight · Supervise content pipelines via Predis.ai and Vista Social for automated posting, recycling, and performance analytics. · Leverage HeyGen + ElevenLabs to generate AI-led humanlike video content for product explainers, testimonials, and social proof. C) Performance Analytics & Conversion Optimization · Use SEMrush and Google Looker Studio to track SEO, engagement, lead funnel, and conversion metrics. · Continuously A/B test ad creatives via AdCreative.ai to increase ROAS. · Implement and monitor Zapier-triggered automation for remarketing, drop-off recovery, and lead nurturing. D) Collaboration & Reporting · Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to align automated campaigns with business goals. · Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on key performance metrics like CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, LTV. Required Qualifications & Skills · 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing automation, or MarTech roles. · Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools. · Familiarity with AI-based content generation and paid ad automation tools. · Strong analytical mindset; must be fluent in interpreting data to drive decisions. · Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush) and community platforms (Heartbeat.chat) is a plus. · Preferred: Experience in EdTech, or subscription-based business models. · Past experience running UGC influencer campaigns or managing AI-generated video content (e.g., HeyGen). · Understanding of AI-driven community building and lifecycle marketing. · Certification in any of the tools mentioned (e.g., ActiveCampaign, SEMrush, Google Ads).
