We are one of the leading travel agency in Ahmedabad. We provide complete travel solutions with related to flights, hotels and holiday packages all over the world. We believe in providing personal customized service to the clients in order to make them happy and satisfied.


About the Role

The ideal candidate would expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads from online campaigns, and drive online sales

2. Content creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

3. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and drive traffic.

4. Social media management: Oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

5. Email marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

6. Analytics and reporting: Use analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Analyze data and insights to optimize campaigns.

7. Market research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Conduct market research and analyze competitors.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messages and strategies.


Required Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree

2. Experience: Experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.

3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager or Instagram).

4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Creative and innovative thinking.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

9. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are a plus.


Pay range and compensation package

20-26,000 monthly
