The Social Media Manager will be responsible for enhancing the digital presence of Bluestone Travels across various platforms. This role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Content Creation & Scheduling: Create and publish engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Viator, and other travel-related platforms. SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to improve organic visibility and rankings. Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tools to track performance, analyze trends, and prepare monthly performance reports. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction. Platform Management: Maintain and regularly update business listings, offers, reviews, and travel packages on platforms like Viator, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
