🎯 Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Manager

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development, and Branding
• Analyze client and business requirements to recommend and implement the most effective digital marketing solutions
• Lead campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI
• Manage client communication, reporting, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design, Development) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Track KPIs, campaign performance, budgets, and marketing analytics
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell services, and support client retention strategies
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
• Represent Biz Emporia professionally in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions

🧠 What We Are Looking For

• Proven 5 Years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Analytics, and Conversion Optimization
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies and translate insights into actionable plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional
• Experience managing teams, workflows, and multiple client accounts
• Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, performance dashboards, and ROI metrics
