Job Description

Join a revenue focused company that handles β‚Ή50 Cr+ in annual ad spend for global manufacturers and D2C brands. You’ll own the paid-media P&L, deploy the latest Gen-AI workflows, and mentor a performance squad. We promote outcomes, not tenure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own new-client growth – pitch, onboard and craft full-funnel media strategies 2. Launch, oversee, optimise and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and programmatic 3. Research audiences and build data driven segmentation models. 4. Implement multichannel retargeting networks . 5. Plan budgets and cost optimizations for all campaigns to deliver the best ROI. 6. Execute & Manage Search, Display & programmatic campaigns on Google and other platforms. 7. Run relentless experimentation - A/B tests, messaging & design, landing page optimisations, UI/UX fixes, consumer journeys, etc. 8. Collaborate and work in sync with internal & external teams to deliver the best and most efficient marketing campaigns. 9. Turn data into decisions by presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data reporting to the Founders and other key stakeholders ensuring ROI and KPI goals are met. 10. Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client meetings to ensure performance data and goals align. 11. Plan and oversee SEM including keyword research and analysis, basic on-page content writing. 12. Oversee maintenance and hygiene checks of all brand assets and platforms for policy compliance, efficiency, growth, etc. 13. Research and implement the latest AI tools & workflows , stay up to date with the latest platform news, developments, changes, best practices, etc. 14. Oversee all AI and marketing automation across channels such as WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, email, on-site, and more. Requirements From Candidate: Experience: 3-4 years Skills: They must be goal driven with strong project management The candidate must have strong people management, communication and problem solving skills. The candidate must have a strong analytical approach, research skills along with good written and communication skills. They must be self-driven, have great attention to detail and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and Google Sheets & Slides for reporting.
