Key Responsibilities in Digital Media: - Enhance and optimize our company's website for user experience and conversion rates. - Devise and execute social media strategies that boost engagement and lead generation. - Curate high-quality content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. - Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance lead generation and conversions. - Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Requirements: - 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on lead generation, campaign management, and digital media oversight. - Demonstrated track record of innovative marketing concepts that deliver tangible results. - Proficiency in lead management tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign efficacy and optimize for better outcomes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and engage with potential clients. - Comfort with sales activities and willingness to contribute to lead conversion efforts.
