We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead with proven experience in driving growth for SaaS-based companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience leading digital marketing initiatives within a SaaS environment, with solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including retargeting and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy to increase lead generation, product signups, and brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Execute and manage retargeting campaigns to nurture and convert leads effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, design, R&D teams to ensure alignment of marketing messages.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, etc.) to track KPIs and derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a lead role within a SaaS-based company.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting strategies that drive qualified leads
• Ability to manage budgets, set targets, and achieve consistent performance outcomes.
• Deep understanding of SEO, and paid growth channels
