About the Role:

We are building an AI-powered digital marketing architecture to automate and scale core marketing and sales functions across our products. We are looking for a skilled No-Code / Low-Code Developer to help design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Claude, Gumloop, ChatGPT, Instantly, and others.

You will work closely with the project lead to bring defined workflows to life — covering lead generation, outreach, appointment scheduling, and CRM integration — using a stack of best-in-class no-code and AI tools.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement workflow automations across:
Lead scraping and enrichment
Email campaigns and follow-up sequences
Appointment scheduling integrations
CRM updates and task routing
AI-powered messaging and SDR task flows
Integrate tools like Zapier, Make.com, Instantly, Airtable, Calendly, and Claude
Build internal dashboards or views to monitor workflow performance
Ensure reliability, error handling, and clear documentation for all workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms, such as:
Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, Softr
Experience integrating CRM, email, calendar, and AI tools
Familiarity with AI agents like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gumloop
Ability to build multi-step workflows with conditions and logic
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with lead scraping tools (PhantomBuster, Clay, etc.)
Projects involving AI-powered outreach or conversational agents
Working knowledge of API/webhook connections
Exposure to SEO, paid ads, or campaign performance automation
