As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will be at the forefront of our digital outreach and performance marketing initiatives. Your role will involve crafting compelling campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing performance across platforms to ensure measurable impact. You will help create visually engaging content, manage digital ad spends, track ROI, and support data-driven decision-making for online growth. Working closely with a dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the reach and impact of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) through strategic digital efforts.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in designing and drafting social media content using Canva, PowerPoint, and other tools
Achieve targets of course subscription through performance marketing efforts
Manage posting schedules and prepare creatives for LinkedIn and Instagram page
Run organic campaigns to enhance engagement and followership
Research and benchmark digital presence and content strategies of peer organizations
Contribute ideas for digital trends, reels, and educational promotions
Understand basic SEO practices and evaluate ad-performance metrics
Assist in website management via WordPress
Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and team meetings as required

Requirements

Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong aesthetic sense for design and storytelling
Ability to research, analyze, and strategize digital content
Basic knowledge of SEO, social media metrics, and campaign performance
Know-how of Canva, Adobe and tools for graphics, photos and video editing
