Presolv360 is a technology platform specializing in online dispute resolution (‘ODR’). We facilitate quick and effective out-of-court resolution of disputes while drastically reducing the costs and resources involved in resolving them. You can learn more about us on www.presolv360.com.

What You'll Do:

Client Engagement:

a. Act as primary contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing concerns. b. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.

Account Strategy:

a. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives. b. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive growth.

Revenue Growth:

a. Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue. b. Negotiate contract terms to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Issue Resolution:

a. Resolve client issues promptly, liaising between clients and internal teams. b. Escalate complex issues as needed to find effective solutions.

Market Insight:

a. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities b. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA will be a plus. • 3-6 years of relevant experience in B2B Customer Success/ KAM. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail Oriented and Analytical. • Strong in project management and ability to manage complex stakeholder communication. • Ability to navigate the customer, understand and resolve pain-points and increase customer satisfaction.
