Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Provide support in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions. Assist with the management and organization of employee records and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Aid in the maintenance and regular updating of HR databases and personnel files. Contribute to the planning, organization, and coordination of training and development programs for employees. Support the HR team in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required. Conduct research on best practices in human resources and present recommendations for process improvements. Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. Utilize various platforms, such as LinkedIn, for sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment efforts. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating job offers and onboarding. Independently manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns across all group brands and platforms. Monitor and track competitors' campaigns across all digital platforms. Conceptualize and execute engaging online activities to boost brand interaction. Understand the company’s vision, brand, customer, product goals, and align marketing strategies accordingly. Coordinate with agencies for the timely delivery of creatives and digital assets. Track daily campaign performance and generate insightful reports for optimization.
