About Techlanz

Techlanz is a Bengaluru based company founded by IIT alumni with a core focus on next generation electric vehicle technologies. The company provides end-to-end engineering services, product-development support and advanced training & certification programs in EV space. Techlanz is also developing “Digital Twins” for Electric Vehicle applications like Battery Digital Twin, Vehicle Digital Twins.

Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be a key contributor to our growth engine, assisting in the execution and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints. This role is designed for a technically-inclined, high-potential individual who is eager to bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical implementation. Working closely with our senior growth leads, you will help manage the full marketing lifecycle—from SEO audits and performance tracking to automated email workflows and social media analytics—ensuring our brand maintains a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and backlink analysis to drive organic growth.
  • Execute high-impact Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to increase brand authority and engagement.
  • Develop and deploy automated email marketing sequences using CRM tools to nurture leads through the conversion funnel.
  • Conduct comprehensive A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CR).
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Assist in the technical setup and management of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Draft, edit, and optimize technical blog content and newsletters with a focus on SEO best practices and readability.
  • Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze competitor landscape and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and emerging digital tools.
  • Manage and update the company website via CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring all content is optimized for mobile and desktop.
  • Coordinate with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing collateral reflects the latest technical product updates.
  • Track and document lead attribution data to ensure marketing spend is aligned with high-quality user acquisition.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or growth-related role (internships and personal projects included).
  • Foundational understanding of SEO/SEM principles and experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS management (WordPress or Webflow) for basic website troubleshooting and updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and technical accuracy.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Meta Blueprint is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
