Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute our complete digital strategy. This is a full-time in-office role ideal for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-oriented professional who can manage online platforms, build our website and e-commerce business, and drive lead generation through targeted campaigns.



Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and manage content and ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

• Google AdWords & SEO:

Design, run, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google. Perform keyword research and implement best SEO practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

• Website & E-commerce Development:

Build, manage, and maintain the company’s official website and e-commerce platform to drive sales and enhance user experience.

• Content Strategy & Branding:

Create compelling B2B and B2C content for digital channels, with a strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing domains.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs across platforms, generate regular performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.



Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.

• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO, and WordPress/Web development tools.

• Strong knowledge of website UI/UX, digital funnels, and lead conversion strategies.

• Ability to run performance-based campaigns and analyze metrics with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Search Console.

• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
