You will be responsible for leading and managing the overall digital marketing strategy of the company, overseeing teams across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and implementing strategies that align with business objectives and growth plans. - Mentoring and guiding the marketing team towards achieving company and client goals. - Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement. - Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for marketing activities. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 6 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (generalist role). - At least 1 year of proven managerial experience in leading marketing teams. - Strong knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, PPC, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.). - Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent qualification. - Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, business growth, and team leadership. - Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
