What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  digital campaigns

   across Meta, Google, and social platforms.
• Lead

  social media management

   — content planning, captions, reels, creatives, and engagement.
• Support

  performance marketing

   through keyword research, ad copy, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with designers to create scroll-stopping content.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist with

  SEO activities

   — basic on-page, off-page, keyword research.
• Contribute to website content, landing pages, and branding initiatives.
• Keep up with social media trends, fintech campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience

   in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of

  social media algorithms

  , content strategy & campaign execution.
• SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs basics)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic UI/UX sense for content layouts
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Zoho Campaigns)
• Prior fintech or BFSI exposure
