Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher to join our growing team in Tirunelveli. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn sales, client handling, and business growth in the IT / services industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel sheets Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for client discussions Build long-term relationships with potential customers Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, follow-ups, meetings) Learn sales processes, negotiation basics, and closing techniques Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and client interaction Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google tools) Good attitude, confidence, and persuasion skills Ability to work from office in Tirunelveli.
