Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate or an individual with up to two years of experience who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, contributing to our online presence and lead generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

  Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and analyze performance.

• Content Creation Support:

  Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, website content, email newsletters, and ad copy.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support:

  Assist with keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings.

• Email Marketing:

  Support the creation, segmentation, and deployment of email marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

• Paid Advertising (PPC) Support:

  Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.

• Website Management:

  Help with basic website updates, content uploads, and ensure website functionality and user experience.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Market Research:

  Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior to identify new opportunities.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, internships, or relevant projects.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating marketing visuals.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
