Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Media Executive to support the university’s

digital presence across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of

experience in content creation, digital media execution, and social media support. This role will

focus on implementing content strategies, producing engaging media, and assisting in campaigns

to boost Rama University’s brand visibility and community interaction.


Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Execution: Produce and edit high-quality content (text, images, videos, and

infographics) for social media and digital platforms to promote university events, academic

programs, and achievements.

· Social Media Support: Assist in managing and updating social media channels such as

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, including scheduling posts and

monitoring interactions.

· Digital Media Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid and organic

digital campaigns to drive enrollment, event participation, and brand visibility.

· Analytics Assistance: Track social media performance metrics, compile basic reports, and

provide data to help refine engagement strategies.

· Community Interaction: Respond to follower queries, engage with the online community, and

help build positive relationships for the university.

· Brand Alignment: Ensure all produced content adheres to Rama University’s brand voice,

values, and visual identity.

· Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing, admissions, and communications teams to

support digital initiatives and align with university objectives.

· Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of emerging digital media trends, tools, and best practices to

contribute fresh ideas to the team.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related

field.

· 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital media execution, content creation, and social media

support.

· Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic

analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and creative

content.

· Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

· Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced

environment.

· Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising basics is a plus. · Experience in the

education sector is preferred but not required.
