Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive Experience Required: 3–5 years in a digital marketing agency (Mandatory – client-facing experience essential) Note: Do Not Apply if you don't have any Agency experience Job Overview We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is ready to lead client projects with confidence. You’ll be the main point of contact for key accounts, overseeing strategy, communication, execution, and results. If you’ve already been hands-on in delivering SEO and Social Media campaigns and are now ready to take full ownership of projects, we want you on our team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the digital marketing field but is also curious about leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign outcomes, content, and analysis . Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison for SEO & Social Media Marketing projects. Understand client goals deeply and translate them into actionable strategies. Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and drive end-to-end SEO & SMM strategies tailored to client objectives. Ensure timely, quality delivery of marketing outcomes, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs. Integrate AI-driven tools for smarter targeting, faster content generation, audience insights, and automation wherever applicable. Lead campaign planning, audits, content calendars, and optimization efforts. Team Leadership & Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams across SEO, content, and design for smooth project delivery. Mentor junior executives and assist in their upskilling and project understanding. Provide quality control across all deliverables before client submission. Sales & Onboarding Support Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches and onboarding processes. Help define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation. Innovation & Optimization Conduct periodic audits of the company’s own digital presence (website & social media). Stay on top of trends and proactively implement AI solutions for productivity, reporting, and creative workflows. Propose data-driven improvements for internal and client-facing digital strategies. Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience managing and executing SEO & Social Media campaigns independently. Excellent understanding of content strategy, keyword intent mapping, and performance metrics. Deep familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Facebook Business Manager, Sprout Social, etc. Strong research and analytical skills—able to study competitors and extract insights. Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, n8n gumloop, SurferSEO, Canva AI, Grammerly AI) and a mindset to adopt them for better efficiency and creative quality. Bonus Points: Strong verbal and written communication skills. A visible personal brand on social media platforms. Basic design understanding and eye for aesthetics. Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving abilities. Curiosity to experiment and lead AI adoption within the team. Fast learning and research (“Googling”) skills.
