Digital Marketing Executive Overview: A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for spearheading online marketing campaigns and optimizing the company’s digital presence. This role specifically requires expertise in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and a strong foundation in SEO to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads Campaign Management: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. Analyze ad performance, adjust budgets, and implement strategies to enhance ROI. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment of paid and organic digital strategies, and optimize content for SEO and ad requirements. Analytics & Reporting: Track key digital metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA/ROAS, average position), provide regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and recommend data-driven improvements. Market and Competitor Analysis: Research digital marketing trends, competitor ads, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge digital strategy. Collaboration: Work with design, copy, and web teams to develop campaign creatives and landing pages optimized for conversion. Budget Management: Oversee advertising spend, ensure campaigns are cost-effective, and control budgets in line with business targets. A/B Testing: Execute, monitor, and analyze A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to continually improve results. Stay Updated: Proactively follow industry changes (e.g., Meta ad policies, SEO algorithm updates) and implement adjustments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in Meta Ads and SEO-focused roles. Certification in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar digital marketing areas is a plus. Key SkillsProficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar SEO tools. Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram ad formats, targeting, budgeting, and optimization strategies. Technical and on-page SEO knowledge (site audits, HTML tags, schema, sitemaps, etc.). Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and research skills. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and up-to-date with current digital marketing trends.
