Job Description

About the Role:


We are looking for a data-driven professional who can fetch, consolidate, and visualize performance data from multiple digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex campaign data into actionable insights, automated dashboards, and presentation-ready reports that help drive strategic decisions.


Location - Nerul, Navi Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction & Integration

• Fetch campaign performance data from platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, DV360, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Integrate and map data with CRM systems and other data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain data pipelines and ensure consistent data flow from multiple APIs or reporting interfaces.

• Data Management & Analysis

• Clean, validate, and reconcile large datasets from multiple platforms.

• Map CRM lead data with ad platform metrics to measure performance and ROI.

• Build and maintain master databases for campaign tracking and reporting.

• Reporting & Visualization

• Develop automated data views, dashboards, and scorecards using tools such as Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and summarize insights for stakeholders.

• Present key findings through decks, P&L summaries, and executive presentations (PPTs).

• Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to understand KPIs and reporting needs.

• Partner with CRM, analytics, and tech teams to ensure seamless data mapping and attribution accuracy.



Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–6 years in digital marketing analytics, performance reporting, or marketing operations.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, DV360).

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups).

• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).

• Basic understanding of APIs, data connectors, or ETL tools (Supermetrics, Funnel.io, etc.).

• CRM data mapping experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
