Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** - You will manage campaigns in a high-volume environment and be the focal point of communication across internal teams. - Your adaptability to working in a startup environment will be key in providing value to clients and growing the business. - Working in Adops and closely with AI product teams, you will help achieve client goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute advertising strategies using AI tools across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Build, test, and optimize paid ad campaigns to improve performance consistently. - Own all Ad Ops components, including campaign launches, strategy execution, ad inventory utilization, and client handling. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and grow client relationships. - Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily to ensure proper delivery. - Create custom reports and assist the sales team with forecasting and campaign inquiries. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on end-to-end campaign management. - Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, and creatives. - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking. - Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and ad platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong client communication and stakeholder management experience. - Capable of managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
