Tanzee Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Professional’s World, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Business Developer to spearhead sales initiatives for our Australian Digital Marketing Campaign. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B international sales, particularly in the digital marketing space. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing sales, and nurturing long-term client relationships to fuel business growth in the Australian market. Key responsibilities Business Development & Sales: Identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, including online platforms like Upwork and networking. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients. Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understanding client needs and pain points to offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding various digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, and web development. Optimizing digital platforms (e.g., Upwork profile) to attract high-quality leads. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT and digital marketing industries. Analyzing market data and campaign performance to provide insights and adjust strategies. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborating with internal teams (technical, marketing, sales) to understand requirements and provide solutions. Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with client goals. Required skills and qualifications Experience: Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within a digital marketing agency or in selling digital/internet marketing services. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of various digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email marketing) and industry trends. Sales and Communication: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to build rapport. Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and resolve challenges. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms like Upwork, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), etc.
